My goal as a Data-Driven Project Manager is to be a dependable, coachable, and low-friction partner for my manager and a supportive ally for my team.

I recently completed a planned career sabbatical to serve as the full-time manager for my family and execute a strategic upskilling. This involved earning my MBA, a CAPM®, and completing the Google Data Analytics and Business Intelligence Professional Certificates.
My professional value is in applying this new 'full-stack' skill set (strategy, process, and 'hands-on' data) to support my team.
I'm not a 'solo rockstar'; I'm a strategic partner. My mission is to use my skills in R, BigQuery, and project management to bring clarity to complex projects and empower my manager—to find the insights you can use to drive the department forward and achieve your goals.
